La società nasce nell'estate del 1993 e prende il posto della gloriosa Panini.Avventura che si conclude al termine della stagione 2004/05 con la cessione alla nuova Pallavolo Modena. Nelle stagioni 1994/95 e 1996/97 riceve il premio "J. George" per il pubblico più corretto.
