After the bad loss last sunday in Civitanova versus Lube, Diatec Trentino turned the page, looking forward to the qualification to Cev Cup quarterfinals, by defeating 3-1 finn VaLePa Sastamala at PalaTrento.
Was not an easy one, for Angelo Lorenzetti’s tea, the finn started focused and determinated, and won the first set 25-22. Also in the second Trento struggled, risking a dangerous 0-2 deficit, which could give some more confidence to the team from Finland, who could look forward to an unexpected road to qualification.
Trento has been consistent and won the second 30-28, sealing the qualification. In the next two sets it was an easy one for Diatec, who won 25-12 and 25-20 clinching the quarterfinals spot, where they will face Lpr Piacenza, in an italian challenge.
