It’s not been easy but Piacenza had the better of Minsk in the CEV Cup 32nd of finals first leg. The return game will be in Minsk on December 20. The visitors were the better team at the net with 15 blocks but the hosts had a better serve (11 aces, 3 for Alletti). All the other stats were close, Minsk did not make many mistakes and made it very hard for the Italians, who still managed to get a three-point victory.
