Another excellent performance from Ravenna against one of the top teams of the Superlega. The new league leaders of Civitanova eventually came out on top behind 29 points from the MVP Sokolov and good games from Christenson and Juantorena but Ravenna made it hard for them from the start by winning the first set coming back from behind. Torres was terrific in the second set as Ravenna was not far from taking both that set and the fourth.
