Verona was defeated 3-1 by GKS Katowice in its second friendly game of the season. The guys in yellow and blu were limited to 33% in attack and conceded 15 blocks in four sets.
Coach Giani : « It’s not been a good volleyball game. We’re not going to look for excuses, we should not do that at this time of the year. We could have used those games to work on our game better given that we have not trained and only travelled. We did not manage to do that. We did not perform as well as we could, we do have players missing but the individual were not up to their potential ».
