In its first friendly game of the season, Molfetta had the better of Ortona 3-0 in front of a good promising crowd (around 600). Molfetta was without Olteanu (Romanian national team), Di Martino (italy U20) and Thiaguinho, who’s ricovering from a niggling wrist injury. Still, there were positive signs for coach Di Pinto after a month of work in the gym. The quality of the team looked promising.
