First contract extension: Lorenzo Calonico

Tuscania’s first step will not be an overwhelming change, on the other hand the club will try to build on the good things seen in 2015-16, and to do so they have given a contract extension to Lorenzo Calonico. Born in 1981 in Sulmona, the middle blocker is still in tip-top shape as he takes incredibly good care of his body. He will bring his quality and experience to the new squad. Last seaosn, he made 33 appearances, he scored a total of 266 points, among which 21 aces and 70 blocks. He registered 62.45% in attack, one of the best middle blockers in the league in that category. Others of his much appreciated qualities are his professionalism and his ability to get the group together.
