Sora will make its debut in the Serie A2 league final on Sunday 1 May. Fabroni and co will play this best-of-five series against the most threatening opposition possible of this season, Vibo Valentia. They will make a trip of over a thousand kilometres to reach Vibo, hoping for a good start before Game 2 on home soil.

“Reaching the final is a dream come true for the club, for me and the boys – said coach Soli – I don’t think they ever made it in two important finals like that in one season. Vibo Valentia plays simple but in their simplicity they are extremely solid. This is their main strength besides the fact that they very rarely have ups and downs. They always play good volleyball with very limited mistakes. We have to be aware that they can really make things difficult for us with the way they play, but we must also realise we can make it hard for them too. So the one with the most patience and composure in executing its volleyball will win it”.
