Half a day rest for Soli’s men and right back in the gym. There is quarter-final Game 2 in Potenza Picena to prepare on Wednesday night.
“That was beautiful volleyball – said coach Soli as Sora went 1-0 up (3-0) in the series and will have a chance to qualify for the semi-finals on Wednesday – We’ve been solid, patient and composed, that’s exactly what we wanted. We reached our goals and I’ve seen the boys enjoys themselves as much as the supporters. That was a good result but now we have to focus on the future because we’ll face another battle. I don’t think there is anything left to teach those guys, they are experienced, they have gotten so much better since we’ve started to work together. The only thing I could say to them is to keep playing like they’ve been doing”.
