The regular season is over and with spring comes the start of the playoffs. A tight quarter-final series is expected against Siena and it will begin this Sunday at home for Tuscania. The return leg will be on Wednesday 6 in Siena, and if needed there will be a decider back in Tuscania on Sunday 10 April. The Tuscans finished in 6th place but finished the season with a very positive run. They have a deep roster which allow them to keep a quality line-up on court even if there are injuries and loss of form from a couple of players. As for Tuscania, the 18 wins are testimony of the quality of a roster that has basically remained unchanged since the beginning of the season, meaning the players know each other almost by heart”.

“We’re getting in the playoffs with a third place, while we were last from bottom last season – said the Tuscania president Angelo Pieri – Our little town, our sponsors, the big and little ones, the collaborators, they all contributed to bring the team to this new height. The boys have been fantastic, they are the pride of Tuscania”.
