Codyeco starts in the best possible way against Abasan Bari with a 3-0 victory. Too many absenses for Bari (Astolfi, Saccardi, Grassini and Joao Paulo) to match Codeyco game sets by Paolo Torre, with Fabbiani and Leo Caldeira biggest spikers and with the whole team in pretty good shape.
Only the second set has been tight, for the rest everything went really easilly for the home team with a great Janic in attack and passing and the middleblockers ready to block the other team attacks. 5 blocks for Corsini, and 2 for Pagni. Bari did what it coudl be done, but for sure with all the players ready it will be a much tougher opponent. First 3 points of the season for Codyeco. Next week hard match away from home against Corigliano but first a friendly match on Wednesday against Genova.
