2015 finished with the superb home win against the leaders Vibo Valentia. Then three consecutive defeat followed since the start of 2016 for Castellana Grotte. The first was in Potenza Picena, then at home against Club Italia and the latest in Reggio Emilia 3-1.
“We’re not being composed, we’re probably a bit too nervous right now and we pay the price – analysed sport director Vito Primavera – In Reggio, we did not play with conviction, we only stepped up in the last two sets. We did well in the third set and maybe we deserved more in the fourth but we made too many mistakes in the clutch time”.
