The Christmas holidays are coming to an end and Padova will play a couple of friendly games with Modena to get back in the rhythm on Tuesday 5 and Friday 8. League action will resume on January 17 at home against Trentino.
“We took advantage of the break to have a good rest – said coach Valerio Baldovin – But we also worked athletically as well as on our game. The friendly games against Modena are extremely important to prepare the Trento encounter. Useless to remind you that Modena is among the strongest teams in Italy, so this should get us back in the flow of things”.
