The Verona players resumed training on Monday 28 after enjoying a four-day break. After 17 games in just 56 days, they will have time to work in the gym to prepare the second part of season.

“We have to make the most of this break to get everybody back up to full fitness with some athletic training, starting with some relevant aerobic work – explained athletic trainer Oscar Berti – The first week, from 27 to 31, will be dedicated to stamina and aerobic exercises with the balls. We will also work on the players’ strength in the weight room. In the following week, we will then diminish the load of work”.
