Coach Spanakis had to give up on Padolucci but young setter Marsili showed the way to a 3-1 victory in Castellana Grotte (23-25, 25-18, 29-31, 14-25). Thanks to this win, Civita Castellana have already secured their presence into the Italian Cup A2 and stands just one point from the leader Sora (who has however a game in hand). But the team knows that, as newly promoted team, they cannot lower their guard, they have kept facing every game extremely humble and so far they always seem to find a way to perform and come back from long trips with a result.
