The Verona stars will be back on court on Wednesday night in the Challenge Cup 16th of finals return leg. They will host Zwolle following their 3-0 victory in the Netherlands, meaning they will only need two sets to go through to the next round. If they were to lose 3-0 or 3-1, a Golden Set would have to be played.
“We’re home and we won 3-0 away so it’s like having a match ball in hand – said setter Luca Spirito – We want to win at all cost and qualify for the 8th of finals. We won’t be aiming to take the two sets we need but to get a clear victory. They have a good team and we could see they can play excellent dig, I hope the fans will come in to give us a hand”.
