Ravenna went shopping in the Netherlands once again, After spiker Van Gardenen, they brought back young outside hitter Hidde Boswinkel. Born on March 30 1995, 201 tall (6’7), he spent his young career in his home country but he is one of the main prospects of Dutch volleyball.
“I gained a bit of experience in my home country but obviously making the jump in one of the most important leagues in the world couldn’t make me happier – said Boswinkel – I know Van Gardenen a little bit, I’m very glad to move to Italy with him in a prestigious club like Ravenna”.
