Treia signed talented setter Micah Cristenson. Just hours after the announcement of Osmany Juantorena, in comes another great signing with the Northern American. Born in 1993, his full name is Micah Makanamaikalani Christenson and he is from Honolulu in Hawaii. He burst onto the international scene recently with great performances that helped the USA win the World League 2014 and the North American Championships in 2013.
“I am excited to play in the Italian league – said Micah who’s currently with his national team in the World League – And playing in such a prestigious club like Treia with great players will be something special. This will be a great opportunity for me and I will try to make the most of it. It will be amazing to compete in such a tough league and in the Champions League too”.
