Assistant coach Carmelino, captain Miscio, scout Turtù and physiotherapist Casis were all in the group that won the B1 division. And now they’re celebrating another promotion, this time in the SuperLega.
“I can hardly believe it when I look back on what we managed to achieve with this marvelous group of players – said assistant coach Carmelino – All the hard work paid off. We got better and better along the way, tactically but in terms of character too. I am proud with the two promotions obtained alongside two top quality coaches. In the B1, I used to work with Mauro Marchetti, strict coach who takes care of every details, while in the Serie A, I learnt to work with Gianluca Graziosi, who speaks to his players like a father, he’s a great motivator, he knows how to deal with the youngsters and he gives me a lot of responsibility”.
