Beaten home four days ago in the opening encounter of the final series, Potenza is ready to launch an assault on the Corigliano arena on Tuesday night.
“Playing in the tough environment in Corigliano does not worry me – said Sport Director Paolo Salvucci – But I feel like in game 1 we paid the price for all the mental energy spent in the five games played against Sora in the semi-finals. I was hoping Corigliano would be out of rhythm given they had swept Ortona. But instead they were focused and played brilliantly. We’ll have to serve well, make the difference in attack and improve our team play in dig. If we can contain them in dig and have second opportunities, then it could be possible”.
