The Euphoria that followed the superb away win over Ortona in the quarter-final game 1 is over. The players are fully focused for the second chapter of the series, to be played on Wednesday at 8.30pm.
“We’re obviously delighted with our victory in Ortona – said president Gennaro Cilento on television (Rai 3) – it’s never easy to go and win in the house of the regular season champion. They have a very strong roster and can beat anyone. We congratulated the boys for their achievement but we are well aware that there is still a long way to go, there are many more obstacles to overcome on the way. They will come here to level things up and I am sure this will be an extremely difficult game. That’s why we have to stay focused and set all our attention exclusively on this encounter”.
