Itas Diatec Trentino got its third victory in a row by beating 3-0 Vibo Valentia in a frienly match. Andrè Heller played since point one.
The brazilian middleblocker has the good shape showed in World League final six. He played 2 good level sets especially in attack. But the whole team played a very good match: good passing, careful blocks. AlsoMichal Winiarski played a good match.
Vibo Valentia showed, on the other hand, some problems in the attack with Bravo, Cisolla and Shittu not decisive. Good game for setter Raphael Oliveira.
In the first set, Vibo Valentia showed a good opposition and fought with Trento for the whole set. But in the second and in the third set Trento wins easilly.
Coach Lattari at the end of the game said: “We played a good match. I am satisfied in almost everything. The only thing that didn’t work as I though has been the serves. Heller is still with the World League condition so very well… while Winisarky is trying to find the good feeling with Meoni but he basically just arrived.”
Itas Diatec Trentino will be back on the court on Saturday at the Modena PalaPanini for another friendly match with Cimone Volley.

E’ di oggi, infine, l’ufficialità della convocazione di Filippo Sbrolla e Carlo Castellani in nazionale juniores per gli imminenti europei di categoria che si terranno in Russia dal 4 al 15 settembre 2006. I due atleti del settore giovanile dell’Itas Diatec Trentino prima di partecipare alla rassegna continentale prenderanno parte ad un collegiale a Roma e ad uno stage di tre giorni sempre in Russia. Filippo Sbrolla, che quest’anno giocherà in prestito a Mantova in serie B1, sarà anche il capitano della formazione azzurra allenata da Angelo Lorenzetti. Un ulteriore riconoscimento per il palleggiatore marchigiano e per l’ottimo lavoro svolto con i giovani dalla società di via Manci.
