The club announced Andre Giani will be the Verona coach until the end of the 2016-17 season. Indeed, his contract has been extended for two more seasons.
“I want to thank the partners of the club for the praise I received and the faith they put in me – said coach Giani – They have worked extremely hard to build a solid club in the past two years. The results are always the consequence and reflection of the club, which is the basis of it all. We have embarked on a journey together and we’re sharing this experience day after day. We have put together a group of young players, strong players with a big potential and this year we are making the most of all the possibilities we have to win as many games as possible, to create a good atmosphere around the team, which is made of fans and interest, that’s important. People talk about volleyball in the city because of the results not the personalities”.
