Consecutive road games and a break due to the Italian Cup A2 means Brescia has not played home in almost a month. The last one was on January 25 against Corigliano, who had won it 3-2 as Brescia had various injuries. From that point on, things have not gone too well for Brescia but the performance against Ortona in the last round has given hopes of a revival. The team will therefore use this home game to try to get a breakthrough against Potenza Picena. The latter is coming off two consecutive wins though. And if the 3-1 win over Corigliano was not enough to galvanize them, the club also received the news that two of its players were selected for a camp with the Italian national team.
