Giordano Mattera’s goal is clear: the fourth victory of the season, and the first one taking all three points. Milan is coming off a tough run which led to predictable losses against Modena, Trento and Treia, and now is time to take points against opponents that should be easier to play against, starting with Padova this Sunday.
“We could even have taken a point against Treia – said the Milan captain Mattera – We did not play too bad and we had already shown some good spells against Trento and Modena. We’ve gained some confidence out of this tough run. And now starts a new season for us against our real rivals: Padova, Città di Castello and Monza”.
