Reggio will meet tough opposition on Monday night as it takes on the improving team of Matera. The latter stands two points above Reggio in the table. Matera won its last encounter 3-0 against Corigliano. They have Pinelli setter, then former Vibo star Villena outside hitter. There are also the Brazilian Joventino and former Italian international Matej Cernic, who was part of Italy’s triumph in the European Championships 2005.
