In the charity game in favour of the Ylenia Morsucci association in Castelferretti, the Italian champions had an excellent first outing of the season. They swept Potenza Picena (A2) in front of a big crowd. Bartosz Kurek finished top scorer with 16 points, 50% in attack, four blocks and 83% in reception.
“This was a real pleasure to take part in this initiative in front of such a big crowd for the Ylenia Morsucci association – said coach Giuliani – As for the game, it has to be said that we had worked heavily on the physical side this week, we also had a weight session in the morning so I gave all the players the same court time, and I actually got excellent responses from all of them”.
