On Thursday, Blengini’s team will face its first test of the season against Latina. Three players will be missing but Belgian Van De Voorde will soon join the group as he was knocked out of the World Championships. On the other hand, Starovic and Skrimov have respectively qualified to the second phase with Serbia and Bulgaria. Starovic was drawn with Italy, the USA, France and Iran, while Skrimov will be up against Brazil, Germany, Cuba and Finland. The top three of each group will go through.
