In Italy’s last test match before the World Championships to take place in Poland, Modena’s Matteo Piano contributed 4 points in a narrow tie-break loss against the Brazilian team of Bruninho.
“In Modena I want to keep putting into practice the things I’ve learnt in recent years – said Piano – I want to get along with my teammates, my coaches and the fans. Hopefully, we’ll reach the maximum of our potential. As for the World Championships, this will be a great experience, hopefully we’ll get back very happy, without any regret, and get an excellent result for Italy”.
