The ice on the cake of Molfetta’s summer signings is called Wytze Kooistra. The 32-year-old outside hitter is a top class player with bags of experience at the highest level. The Dutch is coming off a season at Czarni, Poland, where he finished 6th in the league but 4th top scorer, the third if we consider the average of points per set. He has already shown all his quality in Italy as he played for Trento, Modena, and Roma. He won the Cev Cup at Roma, the Dutch title with Apeldoorn in 2003, and the Polish Super Cup in 2012 with Skra Belchatow.
