Spiker Vittorio Suglia and setter Eustachio Lapacciana will keep playing for Matera in 2014-15. There has never been any doubts the two local boys would have stayed at the club. Captain Suglia has been in Matera for four years as he helped the team through the years in the B division to the A2. As for back-up setter Lapacciana, he had signed last summer from Ortona.
“I am delighted to be part of Matera’s new roster – said Lapacciana – I really settled in well here last season so I had no hesitation, I immediately accepted to stay for a second year in my home town club”.
