The Lube volleyball academy is full of young talents and Potenza continues to feed off it with the addition of libero Bernardo Calistri. Born in 1993 in Macerata, he can also play as spiker. After Tartaglione, Partenio and Diamantini, in comes another athlete of the team that won the Junior League 2013 at Macerata. Tough-minded player, Calistri is the kind of athlete who never backs down and who plays through injury. His idol was Mirco Corsano.
“I was born and bred in Macerata – said Calistri – For me Potenza volley has no secrets. I have been following the team ever since it was in the B1 division. It’s great to play at such a high level just a few miles from home. This allow me to keep Studying in Urbino as well. I really want to thank the club for this great opportunity”.
