For the first time in history two players from Estonia will wear the Città di Castello shirt: middle blocker Andre Aganits and spiker/outside hitter Renee Teppan. Both born in 1993, the two talented youngsters are already members of their national team. Aganits has already played abroad, more precisely in Germany with TV Ingersohll Buhl, finishing fourth in the Bundesliga and making it into the playoffs semi-finals.
“Dear Altotevere family – said Aganits – I am extremely happy to play next season in this club. Playing in the Italian A1 is a little dream that is becoming reality. I can’t wait to play in front of our fans”.
“I’ve heard the greatest of things about the club from many different sources – said Teppan – This is a great honour for me to enter the Altotevere family. As a kid I dreamt about the Italian Serie A1. I am ready to help the team get great results”.
