Milan brought in a native of Hawaii. His name is Joe Kauliakamoa, a young setter born in 1989, who already played in the A1 last season with Ravenna. Before that, he had played in college with BYU (Provo, Utah).
“Playing in the Italian A1 is a great honour – said Kauliakamoa – The level is really high. This is a very tough league, many teams count various stars in their rosters. I love to take new challenges and I am excited to be back in Italy next season. Milan is about to become a great team and personally I am ready”.
