Macerata and Natale Monopoli will be hand in hand again for the 2014-15 season. The setter born in 1975 will participate in his 9th Serie A1 championship with the club, the third as champion. Monopoli indeed played for Macerata between 2005 and 2010, and came back in 2011 after a one-year spell in the A2 with Santa Croce.
“I am delighted to be able to stay one more year at Macerata – he said – When somebody stays that long in one same club, this means there has been a lot of great moments and experiences. This is a real family to me. I had the chance to win many trophies with this shirt, the decision to stay here for years has been a winning one”.
