Tonno Callipo Vibo Valentia: Market is still on for Volley Tonno Callipo. Nico Agricola and Coach Stelio De Rocco are adding new pieces at the team composition.
The new middleblocker is: è Giovanni Polidori (in the pic). Born in 1975 and 202cm tall, he played last year with Gioia Del Colle where he played the Play-Off finals for the Serie A1 promotion. In the past he played with Sisley Treviso where he won in 1994 the Serie A1 championship, in 1995 the Supercoppa Europea, the Coppa delle Coppe and the Champions League. He also played in Serie A2 with Ferrara, Trieste and Loreto. Last season played in Serie A1 has been in 2003/2004 with Itas Diatec Trentino.
Second Setter is Theodoros Bozidis from Greece.
Born in 1973, 196 cm tall, he the national Greece team setter (200 presences) where he played a world cup and six World League.
In the lists of the players for next season there also will be middleblocker Rocco Barone, 200 cm tall, born in 1987 and part of the Juniores National Team.
