The Matera players have put behind them the disappointment of the tie-break defeat against Sora (16-18) and are now ready to play and defend their fourth place before entering into the playoffs. To do so they will need to beat Castellana, a team that had a an excellent run in this second half of season, grabbing 15 points (2 more than Matera). Their spiker “Virus” Cazzaniga is once again the top scorer of the division with 403 total points.
