Sunday’s game against Sora will be a special one for spiker Giacomo Rigoni, who will celebrate his 300th appearance in the Serie A. In the past, he played for three years in A1 with Cuneo, 3 in Crema (A2), then two at Cagliari (A1 and A2), two years at Gioia del Colle (A2), one in Perugia and a short spell at Reggio Emilia before joining Milan in B1 halfway through last season.

“This is a nice achievement . said Rigoni who won the Italian Super cup with Cuneo in 1999 – I don’t usually look much into the stats but 300 games in the Serie A certainly means I did ok”.
