Last Saturday, spiker Wout Wijsmans was officially unveiled to the Chinese media. The former Cuneo captain will play for Baic Motor Volleyball Club and wear shirt number 7. The presentation took place on the occasion of the third anniversary of the club.
“I feel fine here, the only obstacle is the language – said Wijsmans – There is an interpreter helping me, who’s always there during training. When I have to say something, I speak to him in English and then he translates to whoever he has to translate! Everybody is very kind, from the members of the club to the people I meet in the streets. Even If I don’t understand anything they do anything to help me”.
