Unlucky debut to the new season for Potenza Picena who was defeated in straight sets by the Algerian national team in the semi-final of the tournament taking place in Spoleto. Without Zampetti, the team still showed spells of good volleyball although the understanding between the players will have to get better. Coach Graziosi gave court time to everyone although outside hitter Moretti stood out with some impressive plays. Tomorrow, Potenza will play for third place against the loser of the game between Città di Castello and Spoleto.
