Premier Hotels Crema: Martin Jankovic, Crema’s spiker has been protagonist of a great season, despite the injury he had at the end of the regular season. He played 29 matches, 109 sets, 283 points with the 74% positive passing and 52% of perfect passing.
About tomorrow Game 2 he says: “I think it will be very hard to play at home game 2 after losing away from home game 1, but we are very focused and we will do our best to reach Game 3. We have to play better also in the details that often become so important. I also hope that our crowd will give us a big help”
Whatever happens in the semifinals will not take away a great season played by Crema, also Martin agrees with that: “Our goal at the beginning of the season was to not avoid relegation and we ended the seson in the second position and now we can even do better. Play-off are a complitely different story where everyone is back at the starting point, but whatever will happen we know we played a great season. I really liked playing here in Crema and I think I did pretty well. Unfortunately I could not play the last 5 matches because of my injury but I had the chance to recover in time for the play off. I also had a very good relationship with my teammates and I think this is one of the reason of our success.”
