Four national finals and three titles for Macerata’s youth academy: Boy League, Junior League and Under 19 league title, as well as a great second place from the Under 15.
Mario Picchio, in charge of the youth department, explained: “We obtained some brilliant results. The dedication and professionalism there is in the youth academy paid off. We all know a game can be won or lost on one point, like it happened to our Under 15 team, which has been really fantastic. But no matter the end-result, the main satisfaction is that every single one of our teams had a starring role in their respective national championships”.
