The two camps with the Italian national teams ended today. Three Verona players were involved all together: while spiker Fedrizzi was in Trento under Berruto’s worders to prepare the World League, libero Pesaresi and spiker Bolla were at Vigna di Valle with coach Giani to prepare the Mediterranean games.
“Everything went fine – said Pesaresi – It’s been an intense week. All the players have given maximum effort. In the morning we were in the weight room and swimming pool, while we focused on our technique in the afternoon”.
“We had to carry out big loads of work this week again – said Fedrizzi – We’ll resume training on Monday after a couple of days rest. Coach Berruto told me that I will most probably join Giani’s group at the end of this session”.
