GRANVORKA COMMENTS THE DEFEAT IN TREVISO
“THIS CROWD IS THE DREAM OF EVERY PLAYER”
Verona came out defeated from Game 1 despite a very tight and fought match with the European Champions, especially in the first two sets ended 27-25 and 25-23.
At the end of the match Franz Ganvorka said “It has been a very beautiful match, unfortunately we have not been calm in the crucial moments of the match especially at the end of the first and second set. We have to gain our courage back because our game is very good. We need to play better our cards. During the whole season we had many injured players and we have been forced to chance our initial six so many times, this is why sometimes the game is not automatic as it should be.”
Now all the attention is for Game 2, scheduled on Sunday at 7.00PM at the PalaOlimpia. The arena is going to be sold out once again. “It is awesome to play with such a great crowd. It is the dream for every player and we really thank all of them form the bottom of our heart for their unbelivable suuport”
