The disappointment due to the tie-break loss against Perugia is behind now. The players are now focused on the coming game against Verona. Coach Fenoglio and his boys will try to give the fans its first home victory of the season. The team was close already against Latina and Perugia but the lack of experience in favorable situations proved costly.

“We have to take the opportunities that come our way during the games – said sport director Andrea Sartoretti – We have made big strides forward in this beginning of season but in certain games, we did not make the most of our chances. That’s what we’re going to have to work on in the coming weeks. The A1 is very competitive, there’s not much margin for errors, when you make mistakes, it’s very tough to come-back”.
