Silvano Prandi’s team travels to a place where it has never won in its last seven trips: Verona (10-4 overall in the A1). The latter has changed most of its roster this summer, they brought in star men like Rak and Gavotto, surrendered by very young players like Francesco De Marchi, who was selected with the Italian national team this summer.

“Verona will be keen to bounce back following its defeat in Modena – said Stefano Patriarca – As a former Verona player, I know how difficult it is to win in Verona, the have a great crowd which makes a lot of noise. But we’re going there to chase the three points”.
