The title celebration that took place in Treia proved to be a huge success. Thousands of fans were there to show their excitement and recognition. The champs went through the main places of the city receiving an unbelievable welcome wherever they went before going to a special diner with the fans: all the players and coach walked round a one-kilometer long table to thank one by one each supporter for their presence.
“Tonight, you gave me yet another unique emotion – said captain Omrcen who will go to Japan after five years at Macerata – I have lived five amazing years here, two as captain. I am proud to have represented this region and these people”.
