When the match was held in Saregna it was the first match of the Latina with coach Travica and the team did win. “but this is the past” – Travica said – “This match is a whole different story. We have to stay focused and think at one match at the time. This week we worked a lot on our blocks, serves and defence. I am sure that if the boys will play with no pressure they will play a good match also because I can finally use all the players.
Santa Croce lost the last game against Vibo Valentia for 1-3.
Lately the never won but they’ve been able to get points in difficult places like Padova, Verona and Piacenza.
They are currently third last with 17 points.
For Latina sunday match is not the last match to keep staying in A1. There are still 4 matches before the end of the championship. Latina has still to play with Perugia, Macerata, Trento and Vibo Valentia.
