Giacomo Sintini is back in Macerata, where he won the league title in 2006. He will spent a few days at the club as everybody hopes to see him back soon in volleyball, a world he had to leave to fight against lymphatic tumour. The player created an association to gather funds for the research and cure of Leukaemia and Lymphatic diseases.
“Jack is a special person – said president Sileoni – We remained close to him even when he left the club to play somewhere else. The way he faced and won his last battle in life is an example for everyone”.
