Mikko Esko helped finland to win the Olympic pre-qualification tournament in Croatia by remaining unbeaten (there was Slovenia, Croatia, Portugal, Holland and Ukraine). He is now back in Modena really happy and extremely motivated. Finland is now qualified for the next tournament in May, where they will have a chance to qualify for the Olympic Games 2012.

“We are extremely happy, we have played well and now we’ll prepare for our next target – said Esko – There is still a long way to go to make it into the Olympic Games, though, in the next round there will be teams like Bulgaria, Serbia, Slovakia and many others”.
